BreakDown STL is performing at an assembly at Fort Zumwalt South High School on Friday, October 28, 2011. The assembly will deal with positive choices surrounding the issues of sexual integrity and relationships, as well as educate about possible outcomes and effects of risky choices regarding sex, alcohol and drugs.

BreakDown STL is the new generation of Edutainment, bringing a message of self-control and hope to a generation looking for the REAL thing. This fast paced, high-energy performance is designed specifically for this generation. This presentation tackles the tough issues of sexual abstinence until marriage, teen pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, second chances, self-esteem, teen relationships, violence, alcohol, drugs and much more. BreakDown STL uses several different approaches to addressing these issues. Through music, dance, drama, inspirational speaking, video and more teens are engaged, educated as well as entertained.

The BreakDown STL team performs at no charge to public and private middle and high schools, churches, youth organizations and hospitals around the St. Louis region. BreakDown’s high energy, raw and emotional dance and drama performances reach teens where they are, using the speaking style and multimedia effects that grab their attention. From there, BreakDown STL educates, entertains, challenges and inspires teens to make healthy choices regarding drugs, alcohol, relationships, sex and bullying – choices that BreakDown STL hears time and time again teens want to be knowledgeable in making.

  1. I’m a sophomore at Rockwood Summit and I saw Breakdown St.Louis today. It was the most amazing, thought provoking, and life changing performance I have ever seen. It really hit home with some scenes and showed me what I can do to change that. Thank you Breakdown.

  2. i go to rockwood summit high school and i just wanna say what a great message you guys were trying to send. the whole i sat there and thought that sex should wait until marriage. i have someone i am in a relationship with and lets just say he is more than a boyfriend. anyways i had texted and asked if he loves me for me and not because what he wants me to give him. he told me he loves me, but i don’t know im still confused is there anything u can do to help me please
